Chef Kristy Flores was born and raised in Chicago, proudly representing her Puerto Rican, Cuban, and Mexican heritage. She now resides in New York City, where her passion for food continues to thrive.
Her love for cooking began early in life, inspired by time spent in the kitchen with her grandmother. That spark grew into a lifelong dedication, guiding her to study Food Science and Nutrition at the University of Missouri–Columbia. Global travel has also been a cornerstone of Kristy’s culinary journey, shaping both her education and career. Highlights include working in a restaurant in Florence, Italy, and gaining valuable experience cooking throughout the New York City area.
Kristy’s natural connection to food allows her to seamlessly create dishes across many cuisines, including Italian, Mexican, French, and various Asian styles.

Whether it’s private dinners, weekly meal prep, or special gatherings, she crafts unforgettable dishes that reflect her diverse background and worldly influences.
